The perfect hotel experience; the room was clean, the staff were friendly and caring, and the location is unbeatable. The staff went above and beyond for our requests and were always friendly. The window shutters blocked out almost all of the outside noise. The hotel is by no means luxurious, but if you’re looking for a clean, decent, and affordable place, come here.
Perfect spot for staying in SF! I would say the BEST spot for visiting the city and coming back only for sleep and going out. Very secure place. Very well sound proof. Collaborative space so keep that in mind. Nothing else to say for the price you can't beat that !
Good location and good value for the price. The staff were great to deal with over the phone and during check-in. Signage and communication on site was not perfect for a foreigner, but at least during my phone call with them, the staff were responsive to this feedback. I look forward to seeing a few small improvements to the signage and communication on my next trip to SF.
If you are looking for a comfortable, clean, and conveniently-located hotel in downtown San Francisco, then Rams Hotel is your best choice! The rooms offer plenty of space to relax at at the end of a long day or resting before a fun night out on the town. The entire hotel has been remodeled and it features access to a tastefully designed kitchen with a fridge, microwave, stove, oven, conventional oven, sink, keurig coffee cup machine and spacious dining room. Large 50-inch flatscreen LED TV’s are available in each room along with the kitchen in the common area, Wi-Fi is complimentary and the staff are available by phone 24/7. Maid service is available once a week for fresh linens, and there is a sink, mini-fridge, blow dryer, safe, and ironing board located in each room. There are 2 bathrooms on both floors that are stylish and newly remodeled. Healthy snacks are offered free of charge and there are coin-operated washers and dryers available on-site. The location is minutes away from public transportation to take you to anywhere around the City, and the hotel is minutes away from the Main Public Library, grocery stores, Target, and more. I am so glad I stayed at Rams hotel and I will recommend it to everyone I know for an affordable, comfortable, safe place to stay with friendly staff and courteous neighbors. The space had mesmerizing wood along with sunlight that woke up me up naturally. Along with a friendly staff and quiet neighborhood at night, the hotel was very clean and good for a short stay. The outside there are a few homeless people, but there's nothing the hotel can do about that overall, it was safe and sufficient.
